ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

‘Heritage Function Room’ RSL Maryborough

Business to be conducted:-

(a) the receiving of the Board of Director’s report and the statement of income and expenditure, assets and liabilities and mortgages, charges & securities affecting the property of the RSLA (Queensland Branch) Maryborough Sub Branch Inc. for the preceding financial year;

(b) the receiving of the auditor’s report upon the books and accounts for the preceding financial year;

(c) the appointment of the Auditor / Solicitor and, Sub Branch Delegate and Alternate Sub Branch Delegate;

And

(d)  the election of selected members of the Board of Director’s, as follows:-

Nominations are called for the following positions:-

Deputy President (1) for a term of 2 years

Treasurer (1) for a term of 2 years

Junior Vice President (1) for a term of 1 year

Board Member/s (3) for a term of 2 years

• Nominations close 5.00pm Friday 10^th February 2012.

• Board of Director Nomination Pack is available from the Secretary.

Any Agenda Items/Notice of Motion/s must be in the hands of the Secretary by 5pm Friday 10^th February 2012.
